In case you have a change of heart, here is our policy on returns:
A. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, unless otherwise mentioned on the product.
B. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans, craftsmen & designers, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale”. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing by referring to the return policy mentioned under the ‘Product Description’ section of the product detail page to check.
C. Any custom made purchases (garments stitched in user specified body measurements and colours, etc against the default options provided) are not eligible for returns, exchange or refund. Would request you to double check the measurements provided and review your order before placing the order and making the payment. In case, the ordered product has not advanced to production stage, we shall be happy to help you with desired modifications in the order.
D. Cottton Rack may run discount & sale events from time to time. Any product bought on discount or in a sale event will not be eligible for return or refund.
E. The Cotton Rack Customer Care must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
F. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us (email@example.com) a photo of the damaged product with the purchase proof/details. You must email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) about any damaged product with the SKU Code. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
G. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. In case you choose to get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee of Rs.100 per order will be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded or replaced as per your discretion.

I. On approval of return and where the consumer is eligible for the refund. The refund is processed within 10 working days from the day-
- when the order has been cancelled before it is fulfilled/processed for shipping.
- the product is received back in the warehouse of Rayil Kul Associates Private Limited.
